Cengage – is providing free access to its entire catalog of online learning platforms and eTextbooks through Cengage Unlimited for the remainder of the semester. Pearson – US Higher Ed Customer Service phone line is currently unavailable due to mandated work from home requirements. Customer Service related inquiries can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. OASIS is available 24/7 and continue to be a great option for order placement, price & availability lookups, order status, etc. Free eBook access is also available through RedShelf Responds and VitalSource Helps. UPDATE:This message is to make you aware that as a result of workers with positive cases of Coronavirus at Pearson’s Cranbury, NJ warehouse, the facility will be closed through Sunday, April 12 for deep cleaning. New Jersey and New York, where our warehouse employees reside, have been hit particularly hard by the pandemic.
Please note that none of the workers who tested positive for COVID-19 were symptomatic during their shift in the warehouse. They are currently quarantined and are receiving medical attention.
Orders for U.S. college stores will be held in a system queue at our Cranbury facility until the restart of operations occurs on Monday, April 13. Please note that our Canadian warehouse continues to operate and ship orders to Canadian customers.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. We’re working hard to safely restore warehouse operations.
